Work

Both clients below do the same thing: connect people in one country to services in another.

That shape — multi-step intake, documents, an agent network, operations spanning borders — is what this studio is built around.

STUDY-RIGHT Educational Consult

An affiliate agent portal handling referral attribution and commission logic across various offices.

The leads table in the STUDY-RIGHT affiliate portal: one row per student referral, with the affiliate who introduced them, the source, the status, time in stage and the date submitted.
Leads — attribution and status on every referral
The problem
Referrals and commission were tracked by hand across the various offices. Who introduced a student, and what they were owed, had stopped being answerable.
What runs now
A portal where attribution is recorded as it happens and a payout can be traced back to the referral that produced it.
  • Agent portal
  • Commission tracking

RightMed Global

A platform website for a medical tourism operator coordinating patients across four countries.

The problem
Patients choose where to travel for treatment while unwell, usually on a phone, often for a relative — and the old structure answered the operator's questions, not theirs.
What runs now
A platform site built around the questions a patient asks first: this condition, this country, and who they speak to next.
  • Platform website
  • Next.js
The RightMed Global home page: an opening statement about treatment at accredited hospitals abroad, a consultation button, and a link through to the destination countries.
Home — the enquiry path from the first screen

Different industries, one operational shape

An enquiry arrives, documents follow it, an agent or a partner is involved, and someone has to keep the whole thing moving between two countries.

  • Education and study-abroad consultancies
  • Medical tourism operators
  • Recruitment and labour-mobility agencies
  • Visa and immigration consultancies
  • Freight, logistics and trade facilitation
  • Diaspora services — property, legal, remittance-adjacent

What they have in common

  1. Multi-step intake
  2. Documents at every step
  3. An agent or referral network
  4. Operations spanning borders
