Untie the knotin your operation.

We design, build and run software for service businesses — the intake, referrals, bookings and invoices still held together by spreadsheets and email.

Nyansapo is the Akan wisdom knot — said to be untied only by the wise. The studio is named for it.

Built, shipped, still running

Live software you can open today. Each write-up covers the decisions that were hard.

One team for your web platform, mobile app, AI automation and technology roadmap.

Each line has its own page with the real scope: what is included, what is not, and where the work starts.

  • Web applications, APIs, internal tools and the integrations between them — greenfield builds, and stalled projects picked up.

    What is included
  • iOS and Android applications, from one codebase where that serves the product and natively where it does not.

    What is included
  • Agents, document processing and workflow automation built into systems that already run.

    What is included
  • Architecture review, build-versus-buy, stack and vendor decisions, and roadmaps for teams without an in-house technical lead.

What each line includes, and what it does not

One plan, not three engagements

The people who scope the work are the people who build it, and the people who build it keep it running.

  • Development
  • Automation
  • Advisory
  1. Step 1 of 3

    scope

a written brief you own, before anything is built.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    build

working software to look at every week, not a status report.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    handover

your repository, your accounts, your keys.

    • Repository: yours
    • Cloud accounts: yours
    • Domain and DNS: yours
    • Secrets and keys: yours
    • Runbook and docs: yours

We run our own software too

Client work pays for the studio. Running a product of our own is what keeps us honest about what a decision costs, because we are the ones who pay for it every month afterwards.

WyllFlow

Run your business, not your admin

A client operating system for service businesses — everything between the first enquiry and the paid invoice in one place rather than across five subscriptions.

  • Leads
  • Estimates
  • Contracts with e-signature
  • Invoicing and payments
  • Client portal

On call for: support requests, uptime, migrations.

The WyllFlow dashboard: outstanding, overdue, collected-this-month and pipeline totals across three currencies, quick actions for creating a client, lead, estimate or invoice, a twelve-month trend chart, and the invoices that are past due.
The leads table in WyllFlow, listing each lead's name, status, source, email, phone number and the date it was created, above filters for status and tags and a button to add a lead.
Screenshots are from a seeded demo workspace, not a customer’s account.

Every shortcut sends an invoice later

Most studios never have to run what they built. We do, so we weigh a shortcut by what it costs to live with — on your project as much as ours.

Two days saved in the build, an afternoon a month to live with it

It has cost what it saved by
Month 4
By month 24
12 days spent to save 2

Illustrative: a working day is 8 hours, an afternoon 4.

A stack we have run in production

Nothing aspirational belongs on this list. Every one of these is carrying something live, and we are the ones on call for it.

Built with accountability

The studio takes its name from the Akan word for wisdom, and from a proverb about a knot untied only by the wise. Clients tend to arrive with something tangled.

Where we are

A software studio in Ghana, working remotely with clients internationally.

Where the studio came from

Codewave, a developer channel on YouTube — three years of explaining decisions to an audience that says when you are wrong.

What we are on call for

WyllFlow, our own product, in production. The same people answer its support messages and build your project.

More about the studio

In their words

“The first week of every month used to go on working out who was owed what. The portal has already worked it out, and when an agent asks why, we can show them.”
